USA 10 : Holly Miranda
Holly Miranda. Wow. We hadn't intended to do a session with Holly - she wasn't on our New York sessions itinerary. But over coffee and papers, we read an article in the New York Times reviewing Miss Miranda playing at Willyburgs excellent venue Zebulon. We knew we just had to find her - and after following various leads, and many phone calls, we tracked her down - and luckily, after all that - she was up for it. And we were literally blown away by this cover of Lauryn Hill's Ex Factor. Blown away. Such a lovely girl to boot - her EP is out and we hear more is coming soon. We literally can't wait.

This is a Lauryn Hill song that she's covering called "Ex-Factor", not an original. However, Holly Miranda covers it beautifully.

Amazing. Only recently discovered Holly Miranda. Her voice is just so beatiful and I love this cover she really makes it her own ¢¾

i have heard stuff of holly.....i don t like her studio stuff but this session brought tears into my eyes...THIS IS THE DEFINITION OF MUSIC!
